Dakle imam Astru G karavan dizel 2.0, oznaka motora X20DTL, 1998. Kupio sam je polovnu, vozim je preko 2 godine, sa njom sam presao 30.000km. Od dana od kada je vozim, u prvoj ili drugoj brzini (i rikvercu) na manji broj obrtaja, iz mjenjaca ili kvacila cuje se neki zvuk 'zveckanja', 'treskanja' metala, kao neka 'cegrtaljka'. Takodje se osjeca i na voznju dakle ne ide bas glatko dok se cuje taj zvuk, vise kao da treska i podrhtava, sve to nestaje na vecem broju obrtaja. Takodje ni odvajanje a posebno spajanje (otpustanje pedale) kvacila ne prolazi glatko vec ponekad zna da dobro cimne pri saltanju brzina, koliko god se trudio da lagano otpustam, pedalu. Puno mi je majstora govorilo da se radi ili o lameli, potisnoj ploci, druk lezaju pa cak i zamajcu. Nisam se do sada odlucio da mi skidaju bilo sta jer auto ide dobro bez ikakve promjene u ove 2 godine. A ulaganja bi bila sigurno pozamasna. Mjenjac je manuelni pod oznakom F23.
Imam na kompu programe Opel TIS 2000 i Opel EPC. U TIS-u sam nasao u odeljku 'Technical Service Bulletin (Field Remedy)' za ovaj motor X20DTL da je postojao cest problem sa nekim zvucima u 1 i 2 brzini. Opis i resenje problema stoje u dokumentu 'Field Remedy 1398'. Citiram ovdje:
Field Remedy: 1398 Subject: Transmission - F23 rattling noises in 1. / 2. gear
Complaint: Transmission rattling at low engine speed in 1st and 2nd gear. Cause: The noises are produced by engine vibrations and tolerances of the Synchronizer Rings of 3rd and 4th gear. The noises do not influence the life of transmission. Production: From MY 2002 on a new process with modified transmission tolerances is implemented in production.
Remedy: Installation of a Repair-Kit. Installation of well springs into the synchromesh body of the 3rd and 4th gear. Note:
Before installation of the Repair-Kit carry out Field Remedy 1267 "Tranmission - F23 Rattling Noise" to eleminate the noises. If the noises cannot be eleminated by carrying out Field Remedy 1267 proceed after the following description. Working Procedure:
1. Remove manual Transmission - see working procedure "Transmission, Remove and Install (F 23)", group "K", in the Service Instruction of the corresponding carline. 2. Remove Drive Shaft - see working procedure "Illustration: Drive Shaft, Remove and Install (F 23)", group "K", in the Service Instruction of the corresponding carline. Note:
The installation of the Repair-Kit is specified in the working procedure "Drive Shaft, Disassemble and Reassemble (F 23)", group "K", of the corresponding Service Instruction. On this occasion the complete synchromesh body and all bearings will be replaced. Additional will be installed well springs between synchronizer rings and the gear wheel. 3. Install Drive Shaft - see working procedure "Illustration: Drive Shaft, Remove and Install (F 23)", group "K", in the Service Instruction of the corresponding carline. 4.  Ja sam pitao u Opel prodavnicu za cijenu ovih sinhrona i taj kit kosta oko 270 eura da ga oni nabave, a ko zna koliko bi kostao da stigne ovamo. Da ne govorim o skidanju mjenjaca i akcijama na njemu.
Pitanje je da li je neko sa foruma imao ovakav problem i da li je radio ovo sto ovdje pise? Meni ne smeta toliko ali bih volio da jednog dana to rijesim.
